1、調(diào)節(jié):調(diào)節(jié)時先松開固緊銅柱螺母,其次轉(zhuǎn)動螺母與銅柱上的厚薄方向調(diào)節(jié),厚薄調(diào)妥后,需要把螺母與銅柱擰緊。如果刀盤與刀片平行,切勿開機。刀盤需要低于刀片,才可開機截切。調(diào)節(jié)厚約3mm,薄則無級調(diào)變。
1. Adjustment: during adjustment, loosen the nut fixing the copper column first, and then rotate the nut to adjust the thickness direction on the copper column. After the thickness is adjusted properly, tighten the nut and the copper column. Do not start the machine if the cutter head is parallel to the blade. 蔬菜切絲切片機是切制薄而均勻組織片的機械,組織用堅硬的石蠟或其他物質(zhì)支持,每切一次借切片厚度器自動向前(向刀的方向)推進所需距離,厚度器的梯度通常為1微米。切制石蠟包埋的組織時,由于與前一張切片的蠟邊粘著,而制成多張切片的切片條。
