一、現(xiàn)狀和規(guī)劃要求

二、達(dá)到規(guī)劃要求的措施

1、選用三刀聯(lián)動(dòng)。即切片、切條、切粒三組刀具調(diào)和動(dòng)作。將肉切成片,然后切成條.切片、切條刀具均作住復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)。更 后切粒刀仿照人工切肉的動(dòng)作,既作上下住復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)又作左右移動(dòng),完結(jié)由上而下的滑切,將肉條切成粒.
